We are to develop a Strategic Plan for 2023-2026 which will outline :
- A proposed set of priority themes with broad objectives and actions (set out in order of priority) for the new strategic plan of the Athy Alternative Project.
- Any additional recommendations that the Stakeholders wishes to make
- Board development and planning workshop with the Athy Alternative Project Board and Strategic Committee involving debate on vision, mission, goals, objectives, and key issues for the Project.
- One to one meeting with relevant personnel.
- Consultations to be conducted with key agencies. (Key agencies to include The Probation Service, The Courts Service, Kildare Wicklow Education Board.)
- Draft framework document developed
- Write up of final strategy considering feedback and suggested changes from Athy Alternative Board
